Hotel Nikolai Residence - Berlin

The family room was spacious and perfect for our needs.

Unfortunately, our experience was marred by poor service. This lack of support left us feeling frustrated and undervalued as guests.

The hotel is perfectly clean and has helpful staff. The rooms are new-fashioned and stylish, have hypoallergenic pillows. They offer a safe, a mini bar and a sofa bed. Recommend it to friends, our entire stay was brilliant!

Ideal and exceptionally clean accommodation with good and fantastic location very close to the historic centre, restaurants, shops, cafes, bars and Berlin.

Oh, the traditional Irish pancakes at the nearby Alt-Berliner Wirtshaus are to die for! Just a hop away, there's also Brauhaus Georgbraeu-perfect for cozy dinners. The staff were not only helpful, but friendly was good.

We had a rough patch with service when my sister's reservation got tangled. They ended up shelling out almost double the price for a mistake, and the hotel only offered free breakfast as compensation. Still, they handled the rest of our stay with grace.

Absolutely loved the cozy vibe! The comfy beds and well-stocked mini bar. No AC-definitely felt the heat a bit!

The location is charming, but seriously, who designed the bins being emptied every morning at 7 am? It woudl ve been nice to sleep in a bit, especially if the staff had bothered to consider upgrading my room. And no AC? It's almost 2024! I almost gave this place a good review but just couldn't.

The beds were super comfortable, making for good sleep. The hotel entrance is tricky to spot.

Friendly staff made check-in easy, providing helpful insights about local transport and attractions. The room was clean and featured a spacious bathroom with a full-sized shower. While the location was ideal for exploring, the absence of good breakfast options nearby was a slight drawback. Packaged products offered as snacks were a nice touch, but it would be great to have other food choices closer to the hotel.

Great Wi-Fi speed and helpful luggage storage. No AC in the room was disappointing.

Cozy base in the heart of Berlin

Spent 2 nights here with my fam, and it was super comfy! The shower was huge, and the staff were really nice, even helped us find a great nearby place for dinner. Just wish the radiators weren't so noisy at night. Still, a fab place for a quick trip!

Wi-Fi was fast and luggage storage helpful. Missed a warm welcome drink though.

Really enjoyed being near fantastic Christmas markets and shopping district thanks to great and incredible location. the stay was VERY RELAXING. - the staff was perfectly fine and available. - Huge, neat rooms with extra bed. - They offered us delicious meals, had a huge variety of options to choose from.
